Temporary Holiday Sites (T.H.S.) are arranged by regions and sections as well as DA's for club members
These are basic sites that often have minimum facilities i.e. Water and Elsan disposal points. Your own sanitation is often required.
However these meets are stewarded by fellow members to offer a cost effective camping solution in an area of interest

Site can be approached from many directions. From M6 use Jnt 36 A65 East at Jnt A687 turn Left site on Left 500 yds S.P. Marton Arms www.martonarms.co.uk Sat Nav's use Thornton in Lonsdale
This is a basic Holiday Site without Electrics on a gently sloping field with beautiful views. A real ale pub with excellent food is 400yds away, Ingleton with its Waterfalls and all facilities is only 15 min walk away. Ideal for visiting the Yorkshire Dales or the Lakes close to Settle Skipton etc. Suitable for Walking, Cycling or Touring in your Car. One of the three Peaks Ingleborough overlooks the field. Directions
A6 to Belper at traffic lights in Belper take the A517 towards Ashbourne under bridge keep left not straight ahead for 1 mile then turn right to Alderwasley site on right in 3 miles. Easy access to level well drained rally field, Limited toilets available but no showers, there are a number of electric hook up's, these cannot be pre booked. Available on a first come first served basis. A clean dry barn is available for a get-together at Stewards discretion. A sheltered and secluded spot which is ideally situated for exploring the many historic houses and tourist attractions in both the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District National Park. Dogs welcome with paths leading from Site into woodland . There is a country Pub (The Bear Inn) only 10 mins away. This is our 3rd year here. Do come and join us at this superb location.
Directions
From the M5 take the A38 follow until A384 to traffic lights in Totnes A381 turn right follow signs for Salcombe do not turn towards Kingsbridge, the road changes to A379, after Churchstow turn left onto B3179 then turn right onto the A381 to Marlborough here turn sharp right through the village follow NCR signs (Not Sat Nav's) to Bolberry.
This is a Superb site that the owners are letting us use the main field at the end of the season. This is a full facility site with Ladies & Gents Showers and Toilets, Information Leaflets in the Laundry room, Dishwashing facilities, Pay Phone , Childrens Play area, Dog walking area,
All the pitches are grass with 44 of them with Electric hook-ups,
There is no booking available and that goes for the electric as well
The TV reception is good The area is ideal for Boating Walking Cycling amidst wonderful coastal countryside, Cliff walks from the site and safe beaches nearby. Local shops at Marlborough 5 min's drive Spar shop Post office Papers and 2 pubs with Food. More details www.bolberryparks.co.uk
Evening Hog Roast. Fish and chip van visits one night in the week.
